Tugboat Provisions was born with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences right in the heart of your home. Our journey started with a simple idea - to bring together the love for food, the joy of cooking, and the delight of sharing a meal with friends and family. We take pride in offering a unique and personalized culinary adventure, tailored to your preferences and brought to life .

 

My passion for food has taken me around the globe, I spent a long summer working at California's famed Chez Panisse. After that I went to Europe working short stints while traveling until my internship at the world famous Noma in Copenhagen, which changed my life for ever. I always knew I wanted to return back the my home in the PNW.
